MODERN SLAVERY POLICY STATEMENT

Fembim Occupational Health Ltd. is committed to the requirements of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. We perform our services ethically and with integrity in all of our businesses and relationships. We implement systems and controls to ensure that Modern Slavery is not a part of the company.

We are committed to ensuring our business is transparent, as such, we will comply with the disclosure requirements under the Modern Slavery Act 2015. Fembim Occupational Health Ltd expects the practitioner/s to uphold high standards in all business practices; as part of the contracting processes, and prohibitions against the use of staff sourced from forced, trafficked labour, child labour, or modern slavery.

We establish relationships with our business partner/s based on respect, trust, professionalism, and accountability. We conduct our business with integrity, honesty, and transparency. We monitor and reduce the likelihood of slavery and trafficking occurring in our business and supply chain with the Ethics and Social Impact Policy.

We have policies and procedures to ensure slavery does not occur within the business affair and to report any issues or concerns they may have about potential ethical or moral violations, including concerns regarding fundamental human and labour rights. We may terminate our relationship with the individuals or organisations if they breach the Modern Slavery Act 2015 policy.

This policy applies to Fembim Occupational Health Ltd or appointed representatives. This policy applies to all individuals working for or on behalf of Fembim Occupational Health Ltd. This includes, however, not limiting the impact of the policy on agencies, contractors, external consultants, third-party representatives, and business partners.

This policy does not constitute part of any employee's employment contract and we reserve the right to modify it at any time.

This statement is made in compliance with section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes our slavery and human trafficking.
